In reply to Sharpthy. This model is adapted for 3D printing on FDM printers. Unfortunately, only more expensive SLS 3D printers can print more detailed 3D figurines. That’s why, if the audience wants to have the model with increased detailing of the face, we will ask the 3D modeler to do it.

As you say You can measure your 3D model’s wall thickness directly in the CAD you design it but you have more options to measure by measuring instruments. Coating thickness is very important for waterproofing properties, corrosion resistance. Do you guys know any printing service that prints in PETG? I found a description of the filament on a blog, but I havent found a printing service that uses it yet.

Thanks for the post! I didn’t know ABS fumes could be toxic… I found a fillament called “PETG” that I want to try, its supposed to be odorless. I read a bit about in a recent article, I don’t know if the fumes could be toxic too though.
